My name is Liz and I’m a writer who loves to travel! I began travelling relatively late in life. It wasn’t until I was 30 that I travelled outside of Europe for the first time and I soon realised I wanted to see more of the world. Soon after, I embarked on a solo round the world trip, taking in 11 countries from Cambodia to Fiji. I’ve now visited 36 countries and I can’t wait to see more. Over the last few years I’ve hiked the Inca Trail in Peru, climbed to the top of Sydney Harbour bridge, driven a team of huskies in Norway, ridden through the countryside of Vietnam on a motorbike and nearly fallen off the back of an elephant in Laos. This blog is all about the places I’ve visited and the experiences I’ve had on my travels.
